オーストラリア雑記 =痛みを伴う改革？=
今日の雑記は２つの痛みのお話です・・・
手の痛みを伴う改革!
オーストラリアブログがお気に入りに入っている人は
何度も見かけたことがあるであろう
オーストラリア式食器洗い!
簡単に言うと・・・
洗剤水で洗ってすすがない!
・・・毒を喰らわば皿までを実践ですか？
しかも、その皿が毒と来た!
気付いたんですが
基本的にご飯などが済むと
台所の一つのシンクに洗剤水を張ってそこに最初つけておく人が多いです
そのまま洗わずに次の日を迎えることがさらに多いですが・・・
ところで、今朝起きてみると
シンクにいくつかの食器が浮かんでたので
仕方ないな～と思いながら(Markのだから)
洗い始めたところ
スプーンなどがシンクの底に沈んでる
洗剤水と汚れでにごった水の底をかき回す・・・
痛っ!!!
手のひらに鋭い痛みを感じて水から手を引くと
横長にうっすらと血がにじんでましたよ!!
なんでやねんっ!!!
と思いながら慎重に水を抜くと・・・
家で１番おそらく鋭いナイフが沈んでました
・・・
・・・
・・・
家族会議開催です!
基本的にナイフは絶対に沈めちゃ駄目!
ということをこんこんせつせつとMarkに語りました(15分)
ついでに昼食はMarkのおごりにしました!

洗うときはちゃちゃっと洗って安全な場所にしまう!
"痛み"が気になるとある改革!
今日、ちょっとした用事で近くのスーパーへ!
土曜日にはColesで値下げしていることが多いからなんですが(主婦情報)
牛肉がものすごい安かったので買っちゃいました♪
大きな平べったい牛肉が3枚で$7!!(もとは$12)
折角いい買い物をしたので今日の晩御飯はカレー!
気分よくたまねぎ、にんじん、じゃがいも、ブロッコリを切って
さぁお肉を・・・と思いパックを開け
１番上の肉を持ち上げた瞬間・・・
URGH!
下の肉の隠れていた部分の色が
緑!
とりあえず、Markに報告して匂ってみたりしたんですが・・・
腐ってはない様子
…これは、あれですかね？
肉の色を綺麗に見せる奴をスプレーしたんだけど・・・
隠れている部分は気にしないでね♪
そんな、肉本来の色？
とりあえず、緑肉の部分を切り取ろうかと思ったんですが・・・
Markが止めるので
"おなか痛くなったらMarkのせい"という約束のもと
今緑肉はカレーにへと変わっていってます
日本だと食べなかったんだろうか？と思うと
自分の食改革が確実に進行していることに気付きました
オーストラリアのせいです(責任転嫁)
緑肉は本当はやばいのよ？とおっしゃる方も
いや、大丈夫!とオーストラリア化している方も

「脳天気」さんすみません。自然なのですが
緑色はお勧めできないっすね。鮮度が低い状態だと細菌が発生し、そこから硫化水素が生成されて「グリーンミート」と呼ばれる
状態になるとされます。魚肉でもよく起こる
そうなので「細菌による緑色」だと考える
と食べないほうがいいですね。
